Austy’s Agency ("we", "us") is a sole proprietorship based in Chepachet, Rhode Island. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email austysagency@gmail.com and ask.
Only what you give us. If you fill in the form on this site, that is your name, your business name, your mobile number, your email address and whatever you type in the message box. If you become a client, we also hold the business information needed to run your service: your services, your service area, your hours and the phone number your calls are forwarded to.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
We only send you text messages if you ticked the consent box on the form or otherwise agreed to it. Those messages are about your enquiry or about the service you have signed up for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can stop them at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent to text you with anybody, and no third party gets it for their own marketing. The only parties who see it are the telecoms providers required to actually deliver the message.
If you are a client, the phone agent that answers your calls produces a written transcript of each conversation so the caller’s details can be passed to you. Those transcripts are stored with our telephony provider and are visible to you and to us. We read them to keep the service working properly. We do not sell them and we do not use them for anything other than running your service.
Only the suppliers needed to deliver the service, and only the part they need: our telephony and voice provider, our payment processor, and our website host. Each has its own privacy terms. We do not sell your information to anybody, ever.
Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept while you are a client and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email austysagency@gmail.com and we will do it.
This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
