Terms & Conditions

Last updated 29 August 2026

These are the terms for services provided by Austy’s Agency, a sole proprietorship in Chepachet, Rhode Island. Using the site or the service means you agree to them.

What we provide

Phone agent. An automated assistant that answers calls you do not pick up, takes the caller’s details and what the job is, and passes them to you. It does not quote prices, promise appointment times, or give technical advice.

Websites. We build and host a website for your business. The domain name is registered in your name and remains yours.

Google review setup. Your review link and the message to send with it. Every customer is asked, regardless of how the job went. We do not filter, screen or route reviews by rating, because that is against Google’s policies.

Price and billing

The phone agent is $429 per month. There is no setup fee and nothing is payable up front. A website is built at no charge and is $249 per month if you keep it. Billing is monthly in advance and starts the day the service goes live.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time and you will not be billed again. Months already paid are not refunded. If you cancel the phone agent, you dial one short code on your own handset and the forwarding stops immediately; we will show you that code before the service ever starts.

What you are responsible for

The information you give us about your business, and making sure it is accurate. The phone agent repeats what you tell us: your services, your towns and your hours. If any of that is wrong, the agent will be wrong.

You are responsible for your own licences, insurance and for the work you carry out.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee any number of calls, leads, jobs or revenue. Anyone who does is guessing. We do not guarantee search rankings. Telephone networks, internet services and third-party platforms can fail, and we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted.

Recording and consent

Calls answered by the phone agent are transcribed and the caller is told the call may be recorded. Rhode Island is a one-party consent state; Massachusetts and some other states require all parties to consent. You are responsible for how you use call recordings or transcripts in your own state.

Text messages

Messages are only sent to people who have agreed to receive them. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or lost business.

Ending the agreement

Either side can end it at any time. If we end it, we will give you reasonable notice and help you move anything that is yours, including your domain name.

Governing law

Rhode Island.
